Manufacturing wooden serving trays
Our international kitchenware client Darto ordered 200 wooden serving trays from NordCNC. The goal of this project was to produce high-quality and visually appealing trays suitable for kitchen and serving use. Ash and oak were selected for their beautiful grain structure and durability.
Precise CNC machining
In the production of wooden serving trays, we utilized our expertise in CNC milling. A subtle edge and recessed area were machined into the surface of each round tray, suitable for small dishes or snacks. The milling process ensured dimensional accuracy and consistent surface quality across all 200 units, enabling high-quality mass production.
Materials and finishing
We used two types of wood in this project: lighter ash and darker oak. We carefully selected appropriate stains for each wood type to enhance the natural grain and provide a deep, durable finish. The finishing process focused on highlighting the natural beauty of the wood while ensuring practicality and easy maintenance.
